We simplify complex benefit information into clear, easy to understand communication. Employees can better evaluate their options and make informed decisions that support both their healthcare and financial needs.
By leveraging AI and streamlined workflows, we reduce administrative lift for brokers and HR teams while delivering a complete communication experience that keeps costs practical and aligned.
The journey of O’Eme’s founder and CEO is a testament to resilience and dedication. From a very young age, he navigated the complexities of the healthcare system, driven by personal healthcare needs that were often misunderstood due to his age and appearance.
Upon graduating college, he lost coverage from his parents' health plan, predating the Affordable Care Act's guaranteed issue coverage.
Forced to find employer-sponsored healthcare coverage, he made career decisions based solely on access to health insurance in industries that often did not provide it.
During onboarding processes, HR teams assumed he was in great health, and would want to breeze through communications, but his above-average healthcare needs required greater attention to the details.
Pictured above in 2022 our founder was hospitalized due to a faulty defibrillator, a pulmonary embolism and a complex healthcare need was sending some love back home to his mother, letting her know he was OK. His knowledge of navigating healthcare and insurance allowed him to enroll in the proper plan, and helped him in reviewing the top provides in the cardio-thoracic space which landed him on a medical flight to the Cleveland Clinic under the care of the #1 heart hospital in the country. The surgery was very complex and after a 28 day hospital stay, the healthcare outcome was a huge success. Defribrillator free and a new lease on life, it’s with gratitude he lives today.
